Message	not exactly sure what you are asking... anyway, when you say 'not starting' I assume the car turns over fine but won't fire/run. I would start from the basics again. check all connectors (PTU, CAS, ECU...), pipes ,battery, make sure everything is on the right way round. check all fuses, relays (engine related)... make sure it isn't flooded. battery must have good charge.
